What is virgin hair?
Virgin hair is unprocessed human hair that has not chemically altered by coloring, bleaching, relaxing or cold wave perming. The hair comes to you straight from the donor’s head.
What is Remy/cuticle hair?
Remy/cuticle hair is hair that has all of it cuticles intact, and in the same direction. Although this is Remy hair, it may not be virgin hair due to some kind of chemical processing for curl texture or color.
Will the hair look realistic?
Yes, it will look realistic, because it comes straight from a donor’s head with all of its cuticles intact ,it will look, move, and shine, as it did once on the donors head.
Can the hair extensions be colored?
Virgin hair may be colored/lightened, however, it is strongly suggested that a Professional stylist perform these services to ensure proper handling of the hair.
What does the term "wefted" mean?
Weft/tracks are one in the same, and this is hair that has been hand-tied or sewn onto a durable piece of material for sewing in hair extensions.
What is a machine weft?
Remy loose hair that has been sewn onto the weft with a machine to provide a stronger weft. This type of weft may be cut without unraveling, which makes it very easy to use
What is a hand-tied weft?
Remy loose hair that has been hand-tied manually onto the weft. This type of weft is very delicate and CAN NOT be cut without sealing or tying off the cut ends or the hair will unravel! Only skilled persons should handle this type of weft.
How is the length measured?
The straight hair is measured in its natural state, whereas, the wavy or curly hair is measured when stretched.
Example:
18 inches of curly hair will not look the same length as 18 inches of straight hair.
With curly or wavy you may have to order hair 2 to 3 inches longer length hair to get a desired length.
How much hair is needed?
The average full weave requires 6 to 8 ounces and maybe 8 to 10 for fuller hairstyles.
How long does it take to ship an order?
